10 reasons to choose the Primato HIS TWIN under-sink water filter:
- Build Quality: The filter housings are made from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.
- 10-year warranty for peace of mind: The filter housings come with a 10-year warranty. The faucet and other components have a two-year warranty.
- Easy operation: Simply open the DELUXE 304 faucet included in the package and enjoy fresh and crystal-clear water.
- Easy installation: The filter connects to the cold water supply of the kitchen faucet. If you are handy, you will need an adjustable wrench and ten minutes of free time. The filter comes with detailed user instructions with photos and diagrams. We have our own technicians in Athens and Thessaloniki if you need more help.
- Stainless steel support base: If you want to hang the filter in your kitchen cabinet, the filter comes with a base and screws made of stainless steel. Because it is made of stainless steel, it will never rust.
- Compatible with all under-sink filter faucets: If you want to change the faucet and connect the filter to a three-way faucet or another water filter faucet, the package includes all the components to quickly connect the filter to your new faucet. Below you can see various faucets that fit this filter.
- Includes replacement filters: The package includes the patented AquaMetix filter, which is activated carbon with zeolite, and the also patented CeraMetix filter, which has bacteriostatic ceramic on the outside and AquaMetix on the inside. The filters are made in the USA. They have a permeability of 2μm and 0.2μm respectively.
- Option for other filters: You can choose different replacement filters for this device, depending on your water quality. The price will change automatically. For example, you can try the CeraMetix SP, which also reduces the aesthetic effect of salts.
- Very strong filtration: The HIS TWIN filter reduces soil, mud, rust, chlorine, lead, pesticides, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), heavy metals, coliform bacteria, arsenic, nitrates, etc. It significantly improves the taste and smell of the water. The ceramic in the CeraMetix contains Nanosilver, a bacteriostatic material that prevents the growth of germs and bacteria.
- Long-lasting and durable replacement filters: Replacement filters are changed every 2300L or once a year. This is enough liters for a family of four for one year.
Filter advantages at a glance:
Reduces harmful substances and significantly improves the taste and smell of the water
High-quality and durable construction
Connects to its own separate faucet or to a three-way kitchen faucet
Includes everything you need for installation
10-year warranty
The AquaMetix® replacement filter (first stage)
Aquametix® is a patented combination of two types of activated carbon with zeolite. The zeolites are combined with the activated carbon using special polymers to create an extremely compact and porous water filter. It is manufactured in the USA with raw materials of the highest FDA standards, cutting-edge technologies, and unprecedented performance.
Durability: 4500 liters or 1 year.
Certified NSF 42. See the certification here
Permeability: 2μm.
Manufactured in the USA
The CeraMetix® replacement filter (second stage)
Purifies water in 2 stages. In the first stage, there is the patented CeraCyl® (bacteriostatic ceramic that has the property of self-sterilizing), and in the second, the also patented AquaMetix® (zeolites with activated carbon from coconut). It is the only combined filter that reduces so many substances (see below).
Durability: 2300 liters or 1 year.
Certified NSF 42. See the certification here
Permeability: 0.2μm.
Manufactured in the USA

The Primato DELUXE 304 faucet
Its total height -from the kitchen counter to the highest point of the device- is 26cm. (useful height, counter-spout, 19.6cm)
It can be installed either on the kitchen counter or on the sink if there is enough space.
It provides you with filtered water instantly.
For faucet installation, you will need to make a hole approximately 2cm in diameter.
It is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel to withstand time and never rust.
Of course, you can choose another faucet for your filter. See below for available faucets.
A few words about activated carbon
The activated carbon used in these filters is an entirely natural product that visually resembles a fine, odorless, tasteless black powder. It is heated in a controlled environment and in a vacuum to acquire its characteristic porous surface. These microscopic holes, or pores, can increase the surface area of the carbon from 500 to 1500 m2/gr. Due to this processing, it can bind various substances that come into contact with it, in liquid or gas form, in quantities many times its weight. One cubic centimeter of activated carbon has the same surface area as a 50,000 square meter surface. AquaMetix and CeraMetix use activated carbon made from coconut shells, which is the most ecological and environmentally friendly!
A few words about zeolite
Zeolite is a volcanic mineral that, due to its unique chemical properties, is used in the water treatment industry, environmental protection, agriculture, and more. It was named in 1756 by Swedish mineralogist Axel Cronstedt, who observed that rapid heating of stilbite produced a large amount of steam from the water that had been absorbed by the material. So he named this material zeolite, from the Greek words for "boil" (zeo) and "stone" (lithos).
It contains a significant amount of clinoptilolite and is also used in nuclear processing, as it can clean nuclear waste containing radioactive isotopes. One of its most important functions is its ability to bind and eliminate heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium, aluminum, and excess iron, without removing healthy ions and minerals.
