At the "heart" of this fridge filter, there is a hollow fiber membrane filter (or Ultra Filtration). Here, the most "difficult" elements are removed, such as bacteria, coliforms, micro-organisms, microscopic impurities and many other harmful substances without removing magnesium, calcium and the rest of the minerals necessary for the human body. This filter contains over 520 billion tiny pores that effectively remove 99.99% of all bacteria, turbidity as well as pesticides (VOC's - Volatile Organic Combounds).
