This original filter is placed inside the General Electric refrigerator. It replaces the previous General Electric model, the GWF. General Electric has now ceased production of GWF and now supports MWF. Some of the compatible refrigerators are: PCD42ZM, PCG21B, PCG21F, PCG21S, PCG21W - and various other models that respond to this code (GWF, GWF01, GWF06, MXRC *, FXRT *, FXRC *).
Compatible with General Electric refrigerators that have an internal water filter. Have a close look at the picture to make sure it is compatible with your own fridge. It has different height than GE's MWF fridge filter.
